Sleep.
I need six hours at least of quality sleep time.
Eight is ideal but rarely achievable. Six is hard to come by at
difficult times because you're busy or having too much fun. Or just
distracted by the whole goddamn internet. Sometimes you can mess up your
sleep cycle by napping during the day. It's hard to get caught up but a
free weekend helps. Napping on weekends is awesome you can more then
get caught up for the lack of sleep during the weekday. Without sleep
you turn into an emotional bipolar angry hangry tired sad zombie. Barely
functioning moody sad mad excited lonely social confused super focused
random wild calm confused eyes hurt nose runs head hurts need sleep need
sleep need sleep. You take a nice long nap and you're good to go. Rock
on.
