Incredibly useful free guided meditation series from UCLA

 I've been doing 60 minutes of meditation everyweek from the Headspace app. Sometimes I worry, though I know it's unjustified that the content might be insufficient or I could look for some other stuff. What happens the day the headspace membership of my patron ends and I have no sweet voices of Andy and Eve to guide me through peace, happiness and mindfulness. So I looked around for other resources that might be useful, and came across this page. Thousands of hours of free guided meditation from trained professionals at one of the most prestigious institutions of its kind.
