I've been daynapping once again after many weeks and moths of pausing and honestly I'd rather do this -- sleeping and napping and dreaming -- instead of using the orange and the green websites. At least my brain gets a rest and my body gets to relax. It's just as 'wasteful' of my time, but this is a longterm investment for my health thing. I don't mind. If it's not changing anything else in my life except my timewasting reddit and hackernews and shit websites is going to go to sleep it's the ideal situation.
