It'll be short.
I've complained in these pages many, many times about how inefficient my kefir-handling protocol is. There was a time it was incredibly messy and taking me 30+ minutes to process two containers, not including cleaning times which were significant.
I've done this one step at a time, and now I'm down to hmmm, I think 1 minute, maximum maybe, and pretty much no time needed for cleanup because the whole process is so clean and not messy at all.
And to add it all, my kefir grains have never been healthier and rigorous, which means I can work on the 2-day turnaround time regularly, because it's not a timesink anymore.
I remember bragging about making kombucha handling protocol more efficient, but this has been way way better, even though the kombucha achievement itself was amazing.
