Feeling super tired and lazy and on the internet, war stuff, unproductive but disciplined [Sat 13]

kodo and sorghum grains, eggplants, chilly flakes, spices, sprouts, tama, and oil, yummy filling breakfast after quite long, but I keep getting hungry, volunteer park walk, don't get 10k steps because I'm too tired and lazy and lethargic, blogging gets done wonderfully, internet distraction due to the war, going to bed so very late, trader joe's fried rice and burger for dinner, ezekiel bread olive oil and cheese for latenight snacks

This weekend has been a 'write-off'. As in, I don't know if it was super productive or not, but I didn't feel super bad about myself, and coming off of it, I'm quite energetic, despite not having much to show for output, in terms of life goals progress, or website work. It's fine I guess, for a normal weekend, but not for my 'productiweekends'.

For breakfast I had kodo and sorghum grains with eggplant, tama, chilly flakes, soy sprouts and spices. It felt oilyy and yummy and filling, and I figured I'd be done for a couple of hours at least. Oh. Not to be so, I was hungry two hours in, or even quicker. Perhaps there's something in the millet grains that makes one super duper hungry?

Went to volunteer park for walk, didn't quite get to 10k steps because I figured I'd go to the asian store later and get the steps in from there, but that didn't work out because didn't want to take the uhh sketchy bus route to aurora. Also I was lazy and lethargic. Wrote a bunch in the morning, really really really didn't want to write in the evening, had to force myself to, so I was up until 2 in the evening.

Was on the internet for at least four or five hours total, besides the writing part, which is probably the longest I've read news or youtubed in a long time. It was the war, is my defence, but it's a poor one, because other shit was crap too. At least I got the day's writing done!

In the evening had Trader Joe's fried rice and burger patties with spices. Was hungry three hours later, and had ezekiel bread olive oil and feta cheese. Actually, turns out ezekiel bread is quite good for people like me, and it costs about three times as much as 'regular' bread, but it's going to be my bread of choice hereon. By eating it, I'll make my life so much simpler, but not unhealthy!
