We will miss you Dan

Professor Daniel Dennett, one of the extraordinarily able thinkers, scientists, public speakers, science communicators, and teachers, not to mention the leading philosopher of our time, has passed away. He was 82, this was an unfortunate and untimely demise for a man of his abilities and presence. In college I took over a half-dozen courses with him, and credit him for most of my understanding of cognitive science, psychology, free-will etcetera.

Dan will be sorely missed, he was a bright burning guide for thousands of his students, his followers and readers. It's a great loss to all of humanity.
