Korean hot dogs, they're great with sauces

The first time I had Korean hot dogs was in NoVa when PN took me to their favourite Korean rice dogs place. I got the mozzarella dog with potatoes then, I was not aware there were addons. It was a supremely mediocre experience.

The second time was three days ago. I discovered they will attempt to sprinkle the dogs with fine sugar (NO!) and give you an option of about twelve sauces (yes!) and three savory sprinkles (garlic powder etcetera). SK (boston) texted me about this yesterday after I inspired them to get it in Boston as well, but the dogs aren't that fancy without the sauces and addons, truth be told. But on the other hand maybe they are and we don't know because we're just eating cheese and potatoes, and you can only go so far spicing up mozzarella and fried potatoes? The actual meaty dogs are probably spiced and more flavorful?

Anyway, I put about seven different kinds of sauces and all the sprinkles they had in the store, and yummm, it was amazing, Korean rice dogs taste incredible with all those tasty sauces, the texture is perfect, if only somebody could do something with raw onions, tomatoes, and lime with this.
