If you look far enough you can see a tunnel. A dark and humid tunnel a not very comfortable one and you're scared freaked out because you're having difficulty breathing and you might run out of air. Why is it so hot are you sweating you're inflating aren't you it's so stcky everything is sticky and you can't breathe. The humidity is intolerable. Your head hurts. And then light at the end of the tunnel loud noises you can feel a rush of cool air but you're having trouble breathing. Ventilate, hyperventilate you need more air you need more air anything for more air. You come out crying crying for more air, it's so cold outside and you're all wet, the doctor wraps cleans you up and wraps you in a blanket as you cry still get a nice breathing going. You feel better things will be better. You'll soon forget everything you'll forget everything but the pain will be over and you can breathe when you cry you can breathe. So very tired it's been a tiring journey all of it hasn't it, don't resist it. You know the more you sleep the more forgetful you will become until you lose all knowledge and wisdom and memories irretrievably until there's nothing in there anymore. You will become someone else, tkae your memories and personality all your experiences anew. A new place a new person a new identity and a whole new existence. It will be fine. Nothing as bad as the place you came from, survival is a great gift you are grateful to be given.
