The last 'big' thing to happen in American consciousness before the coronavirus pandemic started raging, before the lockdowns began and the world went into hiding was the NFL superbowl. And now, after the thing is over, almost, when people are watching on tv's everything, and the stadium is full, people were there. I wrote this like two days ago, but it's being posted right now because that's now lazy I am.
How lucky were they, huh? With everything completely totally borked, the NFL made it out relatively unscathed. Curious. Verrry curious.
