Last post of the day, before I forget this. So I've been planning for this for some time now, I even did some practice runs a few weeks ago. Bottling the wine. Should have bought self-priming siphon, but that mistake's been made, so instead I'm buying a bottle filler for like seven or eight bucks, if they have cheap-ish siphon for something similar gonna get myself one as well because then it can be...almost... but not entirely yet, a one-man job. Then I'll go on to fill the seven fliptop bottles, the twelve small wine bottles, all the other wine bottles I can get my hands on, it'll be glorious.
Won't even need priming sugar this time around, because not intending to make fizzy wine, or whatever.
That's the plan for the tomorrow, hopefully the booze containers can be cleaned out for the new batch after that, looking forward to that. Also thinking this is the perfect time to begin working on moong sprouts and natto. Work in progress, but come back in a few weeks for how I'm working with those.
