fried rice and chilli crisps for lunch, art class, smoothies for khaja, fully shaved for the summer I skip yoga because of fear of the subway, walk to the park meditating and relaxing, rye achar and sinki for dinner
Writing this on Wednesday evening, despite all the struggles of late I've been quick to recover, which suggests perhaps whatever issues were causing routine recovery troubles might be done with.
Such an unproductive day at work I don't even want to talk about it. Brunch was fried rice and chili crisps because I wanted something new. Went to the art class where we drew glass containers. Showed my illustration from the night before to the instructor and she provided such great feedback!
Khaaja was smoothies. I decided to shave my facial hair because it's getting hotter and I don't want to maintain my beard anymore. Skipped evening yoga, third day in a row, because I felt weird about going to the subway after the murder that everyone had been terrified by.
Went to the volunteer park, couple of rounds there, and meditated and relaxed walk there and back, didn't listen to anything.
Dinner was rye, achar and sinki.
Went to sleep quite late because i was having trouble writing.
