Work tacos, 2 consecutive hours of yoga classes [Tue 14]

Oats with many fruits for brunch, office, office tacos, walk home, at yoga classes two in a row, cheese sprouts and ezekiel bread for dinner

Last week was a bit rough -- I write this on the following Sunday. Productivity personally and at work was pretty low, but I have a really decent idea about my failure modes, what gives me energy and what saps me out. Staying in Seattle for extended period was such a revelation, it's taught me how to 'manage' myself. Let's go on with the journal shall we?

Had oats with fruits, as is standard, for brunch. Went to the office around noon, had tacos and walked home. Had a call with a manager who suggested I should take the day off, which is what I did the next day. Went to the Yoga class from home and took 2 classes in one long shift. It was actually much better than I imagined it might be.

Dinner was sprouts and ezekiel bread with cheese.
