jau ko rice with manchuarian and achar and tea-biscuit for breakfast, karela-egg sandwich for lunch, volunteer park walk, bottling kombucha, starting kefir, and so much writing, wasting evening hours and super late to bed
I shouldn't have wasted my evening hours this day because the plan was to go on a hike the following morning, but the chances were getting slimmer as my group hadn't contacted me.
Took the day slow, had jau ko rice with manchuarians and achar and tea-biscuit for brunch. Didn't go to the yoga class because I was sore and tired of everything and wanted to rest for a little bit. Lunch was karela-egg sandwich on ezekiel bread. Went to Volunteer park, meditated there and maintained a relaxed chill vibe otherwise.
Wrote about 15 posts during the course of the day on this blog.
Bottled 7 bottles of kombucha (the 1gallon jar) mixed with apple juice, and restarted milk kefir.
Had a quick meal in the evening and wasted evening hours on the internet not doing much instead of sleeping.
