oats and pineapple and tea-biscuit breakfast, first yoga class in ever... light dinner, missed walk and an aspiration for a new schedule
It's Friday evening as I write this, and my schedule is pretty tight. Ish. I need it to be tighter if I want to get anything done, it turns out. How does one structure one's life without turning it into a case of auto-asphyxiation is something worth a University research team's time.
On Wednesday I had oats and pineapple, pretty standard. Didn't go to work because there was lots of work pending, and instead got most things done during the day so I could go to the IMA for the yoga class. Rushed to the train, and into the class, for no clear reason because the stress was unnecessary. The class was relaxing, chill and so relieving. Nice teacher, useful tips, nothing too stressful or straining, I freakin' loved it. It inspired me to take a monthlong of classes uninterrupted!
Came back home, too tired to do anything, didn't go out on a walk or anything. Edited some stuff, don't remember if I really wrote anything useful. There was some tiredness because one of the meals had been missed and there was not sufficient energy to do the walk or anything good. But it's fine. I had a small light dinner with fried rice and chilli oil and my tummy hurt a little bit but not much. I may have fallen asleep far to early because of everything.
It's clear my body is reacting to a change in schedule because I can just feel things shifting around. It's not a big deal, oh actually what a great opportunity it is for me to test my routine and ability to stick to habits.
