Thinking about getting an editor

I'm thinking about getting an editor for my website. The articles I've written are like..fine, and I'm one article away from getting to version 1.5. But that's not sufficient, I need to be able to write faster, and iterate faster, and a good editor who can understand my intentions and empower me to be better would be an amazing asset to have. For that i'm considering hiring an editor for Nepal who would be able to help me edit my (new, to-be-written) essays, gives feedback and makes modifications here and there.

If I want to level up, it's not just about pushing the rock, I need to be more intelligent, more intentional, more directed toward my goal of getting myself out there, upping my profile. Getting an editor would help me towards that direction as that would reduce my cognitive load, make me feel like I have an entire team backing up, and hold me accountable to the commitment in writing that I tend to make. Plus it's such a crazy professional thing to be able to afford an editor to make your website better and improve your content, no?

I already have an email thread with a prospective editor going on, just need to make sure they understand what they're signing up for, are interested, and then the pricing situation needs to be worked out.
