Two hours of contiguous workouts are perhaps too much for my normie body?

On Wednesday I did two hours of workouts. The first hour was power yoga which was already the most challenging yoga class I've been to. The second was the bellydance class which did need quite a lot of workout and flexible motion too.

I was so freaking tired in the evening I napped and slept so long, didn't write anything here or nothing, just slept. It was a little hilarious actually, how sapped I was from two hours of pretty decent workout, it's not like I was even panting or dying during the classes or anything.

The question is: are two hours of workout too much for me, and how can I get along without breaking my body. I feel it's manageable if proper care is taken, if I give my body time to rest, take a cold shower, a meditation, and light exercise. A walk around the neighborhood perhaps.

It's worth trying. I could probably do two hours over the course of the day, two next to each other might be on the harder side...
