Healthy meals and workout plans, scheduling disrupted [Mon 6]

barley rice and beans with achar for brunch, mealplans disrupted, fixins arrive, rye thenthuk for dinner, art class, yoga, 

Writing this on Saturday because of...reasons, let's not talk about it, the next post will discuss it in detail.

Had barley rice with beans and golbheda ko achar for breakfast. This was the day my timetable and mealplans began getting disrupted, my goal in the following post is to hypothesize why.

My chia, flax and sesame seeds arrived in the day. Dinner was early, and it was of rye thenthuk. Went to art class after work, chilled a bit at home, then to yoga at UW.
