inSAAANEEE dinner party planned for tomorrow, we'll see what happens next!

This topic was written one day before the party. I write this one day after, and have a tonne of 'post-game analysis' to do, so it feel a little silly to write this now, but ah well, this is what one gets for improper planning, so lets just move on with not a care in the world or something.

The idea was to invite six or seven people over, and make twelve plus items. It would take several hours of planning, organizing, strategizing, working the entire kitchen hob twice over, and making things i'd never made before. It'd involve having three people who'd never been to my place before, over, and just being overly ambitious with everything. It wasn't meant to be just a thing that I did, it was meant to be an experience, and experiment at overwhelming guests with great choices, unique options and interesting opportunities, but also open their minds to exploring the unique features of Nepali cuisine.

I had also planned an activity: chhyang making.

The event was actually in celebration of my old chhyang batch finishing completely, and the occasion of starting a new batch. So it was a mid-batch celebration of drinking and preserving traditional culture.
