New civic engagement ideas

It's risky to put legit good ideas in this blog because eventually I might choose to implement them and some smartass googles the idea and connects two and two, but to exist, to validate oneself, it's important to note and observe one's thought, understand oneself etcetera. So, three legit ideas here, which I will soon put in the real website for realsies..

1. 3D printers and 3d printing classes and workshops in the local library. They already have staff that do work beyond the books, some of them might be temporarily repurposed to deal with 3d printing matters.

2. Seed library. Many local libraries across the US maintain a 'seed library' where they will 'loan out' seeds during the beginning of the season, and expect folks to 'return' the seeds for the next year's growth at the end of the season, when their season's complete. Our city library should consider doing that too.

3. Nepali cuisine teaching / food offering at the local culinary school. Why not? They've got education, they got the skills, they got the interest in global cuisines, it would be the perfect amalgamation of all of those sets.
