Rest day, captain fall, skipping two yoga classes, karela in a sandwich [Sun 5]

 recovery day, headache, low on energy for some reason, 3-grain rice and manchurian for breakfast, fried rice and yummy rajma for lunch, eating much desserts to up my mood karela eggs cheese and sprouts for dinner,  Captain fall in the evening to make me feel better

Writing this on Wednesday afternoon because I haven't 'recovered' from the 2-day deficit from last week. It's okay because it's not widened, I just haven't had the motivation or energy to write more than five posts a day, which is fine, whatever.

This day was weird, because I felt tired and had just the worst headache in the morning. It was almost as if I had a really bad hangover, but I'd barely sipped some of the old chhang. It's possible the nigaar had really fucked me up, or my body didn't enjoy me standing all day long to cook. Regardless, I cancelled both my yoga classes and stayed in bed for most of the day. I felt the rest wasn't completely unearned because you know the day before I'd spent the entire day cooking.

Breakfast was 3-grain rice with mancuarian for breakfast. Lunch was TJ's fried rice with the yummiest of rajma from the evening before. To raise my mood I had a popsicle and a tofu dessert, which is out there, two desserts, even for me, but they just about made me happy.

Dinner was karela, eggs cheese and sprouts on ezekiel bread sandwich. I thought of going on a walk, but didn't have the energy, so stayed home to watch Captain Fall. Watched through all the ten episodes of the series, they're pretty darn good!

All in all, this was a recovery day, and I got the rest and relaxation my body deserved. No ragrets!
