Work at the office, double trouble with 2-hr UW workout, dead tired in the evening [Thu 9]

3-grain rice and veggies for brunch, walk to the office in the morning, thenthuk soup for lunch, two hour of yoga and dance leaves me with little energy, talking to parents, long nap and early sleep because I'm out of energy

I'm writing this on Saturday afternoon, skipping many fun things happening out in the real world, but no matter for me at this very moment, getting so much written was the most important thing.

On Thursday I had 3-grain rice with veggies for brunch, then walked to the office and worked for a couple of hours. Walked back, ahd thenthuk and rye soup, then did some dallying, went to UW for an hour of intense yoga and an hour of intense dancing with belly. Back home talked to my parents for quite a long while, had 2 hour nap to recover from the night before and the intense workouts. Also slept quite early because I don't know if I've noticed, but my body's doing all of these physically intensive activities I wasn't previously doing, and one needs to adjust one's food and timetable to allow for that.

I've often complained about not being able to sleep in the evenings. These days, I sit on my bed, and wake up like four hours later, no matter what time of the day it might be. Dangerous thing, sitting on one's bed.
