mushroom and tofu manchuarian, eggs, oats for breakfast, tea biscuit, 3-grain rice beans and sprout lunch, uw yoga, walk back is long and tiring, trader joe's trip and takis, cheese egg karela ko achar and sprouts for dinner
Breakfast was mushroom-and-tofu manchurian and eggs with oats, had my classic tea-biscuit too. Ate classic 3-rice beans and sprouts for lunch. Took the train to UW for the yoga class. The returning train was disrupted due to protests near the campus so I had to walk all the way, listened to the audiobook of 'bird by bird' on the journey. It was not a pleasant walk as it was by the 23rd st. If I'm to do that more often one needs to find a chill, more interesting route.
Stopped by Trader Joe's on the way, bought toilet paper and kitchen towel rolls along with takis. Ate so much takis at home.
Dinner was cheese, eggs, karela ko achar and sprouts. Wrote on this blog in the evening. Honestly these days are kind of not super eventful besides the standard things because of all the disruptions that I've written about before.
