I will admit,

And missteps were taken,
But let me tell you
It was all due to
The crappy, shitty
Information.
When you trust
And believe
What you're told
Or assume
Your sources are valid
If they
Turn out not to be
You are
Totally and completely
Screwed.
It is not
That I have
Made grave errors
In judgement,
Just that
Judgement was based
On faulty
Intelligence.
which is to say,
I know better now
And mistakes
Once made
Won't be
Repeated
